What should the freight yard sounds be, are they random, is there a sequence like PSA announcements, and can they be activated?

The Amtrak USPS Genesis has a PS2 board. The sounds are activated like any other PS2 locomotive using the DCS Remote PFA key or by a horn/bell sequence in conventional mode.
