I happened to notice that the Long Island C-420's came with different style trucks. In looking at some photos, it seems the first batch, #200 - 221, they have the typical Alco trucks. The second batch, #222 - 229 had sort of an EMD style but with huge coil springs in the middle. Anyone know anything about this second style truck?

They are Alco Hi-Adhesion trucks. Here's a photo of an NYC C-430 with Hi-Ads:

For ME I will wait for the Demo C430 with Hi Ad as well as the C6363 Demo with High ad trucks! they looked so cool, esp on Mis suzie Q's c430's! Big Grin
