There is no such thing as exclusive rights. Doesn't Atlas have MTA logo's on its Metro North cars?

K LINE also had some locomotives and passenger cars lettered for the Long Island and Metro North Commuter RR a few years ago (before the Lionel takeover) but they were not scale models of the MTA prototype like those made by Atlas.
