Got this very recently off the bay of E for a surprisingly good price. I was hoping to reverse engineer it to maybe create a laser cut kit next year with a partner in that business. But, as it turned out the longer I looked at it, the larger it seemed.

Pulled out a set of plans that Bill Culliton had sent to me that were in 17/64th's and lo and behold, it turrns out that I have a very well assembled kit (I think!) of a CERA box trailer in 17/64th's.....

Now, anyone know anything abou this "kit"?

Is it real? Do you see it, too? We all see it. That don't make it real.

I've never seen that car before, but if you decide to make
one of cast resin in 1/4" scale, I'll take a couple.

How about in wood as a laser cut kit?

The roof will take some "creative" thought, Wink

For awhile I was trying to lobby La Belle to make it as one of their kits - they do make it in HO - relatively simple matter of scaling up.........

Was looking at the LaBelle website about a half hour ago.
That LSE box motor interested me, but I'd prefer something
shorter. That one appears to be about 50 feet.

I've built the LSE freight motor car and the combine as well. I'm not sure I know their length off hand, but I can measure that for you tonight.

I do know that they have no problem at all with my tight curve trackage, Wink
