The October issue of CTT (the other mag) shows you how to build your own El using simple/inexpensive materials. I would've liked a step-by-step photo approach for those of us who have never worked with these materials, but I guess it's better than nothing. The layout they used is very nice - the scene looks like a busy NYC in the 40's/50's.
