Is there a place other than the MTH product locater (sucks) where I could see what subway sets have been released? Hopefully one that lists item #, car type, and line # or letter? TIA.

Nice lists! But you mean to tell me you don't have any pics of the original R42 cars at this time? Confused

I know some folks are never satisfied and always want more, but that sure is one impressive array of subways that MTH has produced for those who are devotees of subway modeling! Really quite a lineup, and it indicates to me that there must be quite a few subway modeling enthusiasts out there.

I guess I'll need to get myself a subway set one of these days since I'm already a big fan of trolleys and traction and that would be a somewhat logical extension of that interest. My only fear is that that once I start, I might not be able to stop, and that's a pattern I definitely can no longer afford! Smile

Thanks guys. As Kramer's midget friend once said, "It's on."

LOL! Those ugly Shorty R42s haven't been out of their boxes since the R36WF sets showed up! I will eventually get them out - once I have built proper shelving for them. They will never run again, but they will stay part of the collection. When I get them out, I will re-do all of the photos for all of the cars for the website.

Careful Allan. The subways are very addicting! Kind of like Lays potato chips...you can't have just one! Wink

They have the best wheel sets! Take an R42 and push it on a straight track. Then push any other R-type.
