A Very Realistic Snow Job

There's a dusting of snow inside the pickup bed and on the cab of the old truck (since it was standing still) but any snow would have blown off a moving train, (and also melted if the interior was heated) since I can see the light (and the electric kilowatthour meter discs turning continously).
