In business since 1920 (as Tanaka Rolling Stock Works) and renamed The Kinki Sharyo Co., Ltd in 1945. They have produced the light rail vehicles used by a number of transportation agencies.
Kinki Sharyo is a listed stock on the Osaka and Tokyo Stock Exchanges. Pics from Wikipedia are in the public domain

I like the PCC'ish looking fronts on the Boston cars. At least it isn't in the usual modern "Dustbuster" styling.

Here's one of my favorites....

Two Type 7s, meeting at the Westbourne Terrace crossing,
on the C-Cleveland Circle Line. In my opinion, the most
scenic of the street-reservation lines.
