I guess it is an interesting idea to get kids to use their hands in putting something together. Not only does it build character, but also, they might grow to like the hobby and take it to the next level of train modeling when they are teenagers. Pretty neat. As an adult, I should pay heed and start a project of the sort Wink

Real cool re the Lego's. In fact the brick work almost resembles that of the BMT Stations on the lower east side (today's J) and along 4th Ave. ( before some of the overhaul of the stations). I still have Lego blocks my kids played with when they young.

I was thinking about the stations; as one of the above posters stated, they do look like some older tile/brick work. I would like to see one with a ruler next to it to get some idea of its actual size.
