Has Weaver or anyone else announced or considered a Milwaukee rib-side branch line combo?

Weaver has considered it. They could use the extruding dies from their previous aluminum Hiawatha sets - the cross-section and window shapes are the same, and the trucks are the same as on the ribside caboose. Weaver is currently giving major Milwaukee Road projects a rest, having recently done the F6a and the ribside caboose, but my sources say the branch-line combine is a possibility if it looks like there is enough demand. Call or e-mail CEO Joe Hayter if you want to see it built!

I asked them, they don't know. Thought someone might have inside scoop. Don

Mr. Muffin, I know this is sacrilege but I live on the West Coast. When is York? Oh, I can hear the East Coasters now. Don
