Has anyone on the forum used the gargraves switches w the Z2500 switch machine? I am controlling the layout with DCS. Can find wiring for the Z1000,but not the Z2500. Thanks, Tom

My understanding is that the z1000 works with MTH DCS and the z2500 works with Lionel Legacy.

There are two ways to connect the z2500 to an AIU We just used the two non-derailing leads and made a second connection to the AIU. This switches the motor at fast speed. This allows you to connect DCS, TMCC, and conventional buttons all at the same time. The other way is to put the motor in DCS mode as in the link above. If I were you I would stay with the DZ1000's. Its a much better motor
