Hi:

I have posted on this before, but I thought I would give it another go.

During his time at, Lionel I became good friends with Mr. Maddox, the ceo, who I think is now retired.

I want to see if anybody knows how I could contact him, or if he might by chance have been seen at york, etc.

He also promised that when he quit Lionel, he would give me an in depth interview highlighting the toy train situation from the Lionel management standpoint, and he also had some comments to offer on our forum's treatment of various subjects. I think this would make an interesting interview.

Thanks for any leads.

Bob C.

Bill

Wouldn't hit the 'hay' be more appropriate for the Farm-man?

Bob,
I forwarded your posting to Dick along with your email address. He's thoroughly enjoying retirement these days. Smile

I used to really anjoy listening to Dick Maddox when he was employed by Bachmann Trains. He and J. Don Reese of Lionel used to to be on Train Collector's Junction on QVC showcasing their products. I believe they might even be related. No reasons to watch QVC anymore!
