Does anyone know if Atlas plans on continuing their founders series of steam engines, did not seem like much of a series with just the 0-6-0. Anyone know what they think Atlas O should make next?

If I reject reality and substitute 3-Rail, how does Narrow Gauge come into all of this?

Whatever they make, I hope it's better than the 0-6-0. If we are lucky, within the first year of release, the price will drop $165 like the 0-6-0 did.

Why Atlas pick the 0-6-0 to make I don't know. Did not know you could pick one up so cheap. hopefully they will look at making a 2-8-2 USRA or 4-6-2 pacific.
The 0-6-0 never really got the publicity it deserved.

My guess is that they were trying to play it safe for their first entry into the steam market, but unfortunately they ended up with boring. Visually the model is very good, probably as good an 0-6-0 as you can find, but of course there were quite a few USRA 0-6-0s out there. However, if I can find one going for under $200 I'd jump on it.
