Nothing increases in value anymore. 7 to 10 years ago, so more than likely no turbo smoke or cruise control. I'd say around 700 to 900 bucks but then again they are worth what you can get for them.

Superwarp1 is right. I just paid $1050 for a mint, brand new 3rd Rail Anniversary Big Boy made in 2002. Runs great. But it sold new for $1699. It has TMCC, Railsounds and chuff'n'puff by Trainamerica. It came that way from 3rd Rail. So figure about 40% cut in price new. You can get an idea of what 3rd Rail items are going for by looking at what they are going for on the OGR buy/sell forum and the completed listings for brass O scale engines on ebay. |
