The annual train show in Syracuse, New York will be held this weekend at the state fair grounds on Saturday and Sunday. Stop by and say hi I will be at the Watertown Model Railroad Club layout.

Man that is such a GREAt show... esp for families. This is NOT a Regular buy/sell show but an all guage view different Layouts show. Really worth the trip. I unfortunately am going to WDW on sunday am so the 4 hr trip to Syracuse each way is out of the question.

Hope to make it out there Saturday morning. While the emphasis is on operating layouts, I still manage to find many good O gauge vendors to put a big dent in the wallet. Then there are all the HO dealers with everything you need in scenery supplies. Definitely worth my 2 1/2 hr drive each way.

Plus, this year I have to save a little cash to head south on the Thruway to the Poughkeepsie show Sunday morning. Two shows in one weekend - can't beat that!!!

Does anyone know the exact address of the Syracuse, New York train show coming up this weekend? I travel 3 hours to get there and I would like to put that information into my GPS. Also, what are the hours of the show?

10 AM - 5 PM both days at the New York State Fairgrounds. The street address is 581 State Fair Blvd for your GPS.

It is located at the state Fairgrounds site. There should be signs for the fairgrounds on 81 or the Thruway.
