With any luck we can have the Acela, Liberty Liners and HHP-8 all running at that show :-)

I have it on very good and reliable authority that the Liberty Liners, baring any last minute hijacking, will be in your dealer's store in about 2 weeks.

The deliveryman told me that there were too many wet, slippery leaves on the P&W tracks which has delayed your anticipated celebration. Why don't you look at some train videos instead? A good one would be "Danger Lights". That's the story of a too demanding railroading man! Big Grin

And if that doesn't satisfy you, try this:
Guess??

Willis Hobbies has received their order. While they look nice MTH didn't do the full conversion from the Electroliner:

1. The Liberty Liners still have the low entrance steps from the Electroliners;
2. MTH didn't add the third set of doors on the middle coach section.

At least MTH did remember not to add trolley poles to the Liberty Liners. And the quality of the paint is excellent.

Joe,

The poles were reinstalled for the Museum location as they don't have a 'hot' 3rd rail which the P&W has.

Ouch! 3rd Rail did both of these changes (and removed the poles, as well). I guess that this is the difference between having to use a single set of tools for injection molding and hand-fashioning a limited run of brass train sets. Hope they look OK, otherwise.

BillP e-mailed me tonight to state that his favorite LHS received theirs yesterday and he would probably receive it tomorrow.

Let's see, October 14 + 2 weeks (14 days) is October 28th which is the day the LHS received them.

BTW, once you receive them, please let the Forum know so this thread can pass silently into the All Hallow's night!
