Looking for a Sabrett hot dog cart like the one on Jim Policastro's layout. MMscalestrutures makes it but they have not answered e-mails or phone calls for several weeks.
Any ideas?

I'd give Mark and Maria another try. They are strictly a part-time operation with full-time jobs and life's other interruptions to contend with. They do great work. Rebuilding most of old downtown Schenectady recently for my friend's layout has taken a huge amount of their available building time I'm sure. Smile

Can you get smoke fluid that smells like Sabrett red onion sauce? Smile

What is the price for this cart?

Does it come with a vendor?

Frank,
Maria will back here soon, I'm sure, with a price for the stand. But I added the vendor and briefcase carrying customers. They are from the Homies line of figures. I picked them due to their uncanny resemblance to some of my relatives from the city! Big Grin

Not even sure where to go with that one Jim . . . . Eek

No disrespect to your relatives, but I would be looking for more of a mainstream looking vendor.

The AMish Carprenter - you found him!

He kicks off Sunday photos in the forum that shall not be named, but hasn't been seen since a few weeks ago when he started Sunday photos with the help of a few new friends he met at the Playboy Mansion Party:

You'll have to ask Jim - the photo is of Jim's layout, not mine.

For anyone who visits the NJ HiRailers' layout in Paterson...there is a great Sabrett Hot Dog stand about 15 minutes away on Rt. 46 East in Lodi, NJ...HANK'S FRANKS...Buy 8 get 1 free!

HO Bob and I make this a regular stop before going to the NJ Hirailers Club...sort of an appetizer for Vinnie's great 3-rail food at the club.

Hi Frank

I had made a post earlier on this tread that if any one would like information on the Sabrett Hot Dog Carts to just send me an email, which the address is in my profile, and I would be glad to answer any questions about the carts and their pricing.

I have respect for the OGR Gods who watch over this forum and the rules that they set. Posting a price here, except in the Buy/Sell area of this forum, just wouldnt be right. That is why I stated if anyone would like information to email me.

Jim P. Thank you for your words! We are just everyday type of people. Somtimes there are just not enough hours in a day to get every thing done and I am sure that every one has had days like that!

So, any one who would like the information/pricing on the Hot Dog Carts, just send me an email!
