Or bell. I reset the engine at my club, I have DCS with TMCC at home and the engine (MR 2338) wouldn't do anything but light up. I couldn't reset it using DCS at home. After reset at the club I turned up the eng sounds volumne and all was good, just the horn and bell are in opt. Any ideas?

One of my Lionel engines with RS 5 has the engine sounds controlled by the CAB1, but the horn and bell volume are controlled by the volume control on the tender. Make sure the volume control on the engine /tender is turned up.

But at home on DCS,no horn and bell?

Try deleting it from the dcs remote and add it again, After naming the engine and hitting the "D"for done, don't forget to give it the TMCC address number.
