Hello; Just wanted to comment on how fast Lionel got my Legacy back to me after the new update. I sent the unit out last Tuesday and Lionel got it back to me today! With it came the newest revised Manuel and 2 new moduals for the base and the remote.
Yes it was a small inconvenience to send it back but the orange and blue came through. Nice job on a fast turnaround.

Mine went out on July 10 from NJ and was back here on Tuesday July 15. That is extremely fast service for what was done. I was able to update my other silver-dotted Legacy to 1.2 in a matter of minutes-real simple to do.
Thank you to Mike Reagan and his crew in Ohio and to Jon Z. and his crew for making Legacy even better than it was at the initial roll-out.

Brian Do you have a RA number? You sent yours in before the Legacy program was started. Your unit went to a different place. Call Customer service on Monday. hope this helps ny
