There was an article in the local paper today reference a 20 yr old killed while attempting to jump a moving freight train after drinking at a party. Seems he hopped a freight to get to the party and was on his way home. Here is a link to the story Man killed by train

Friends said he often traveled by train... freight train...

Sad. The only good news is that he didn't get behind the wheel of a car when he was drunk and endanger people other than himself. Still it is sad to hear of one so young who dies in such a tragic manner

I think the Potomac News/Messenger just needed to remind some of the readers what a train looks like LOL! I doubt if the train that he tried to jump and got run over even knew that it hit him.
