Just a few from the last month or so.

I love this..railfan Scooter Hovanec looks like he's gonna pull a sneak attack on George's Creek 25! Although armed with a camera, I don't think Scooter is dangerous!

Later in the month we saw this nice little '48 Ford panel truck at the Frostburg Depot:

BNSF adds a little color to the blue and grey (and yes, yellow Bob!):

Here the Capital Limited crosses over to the eastbound main, on her way east, after making a passenger friendly stop on the westbound main at the Amtrak Station in Cumberland. The location is at Mexico Tower (now unused) at the east end of the big Cumberland freight yards.

Love that shot of the BNSF Ed. It really "pops" against that background. Wink Big Grin

Here's a few of the 240th St Yard:

I went on steam excursion train (Train 901/902) on 12/08/08. Now, I'd like to show some of my shots

Yes, RR employees can be a railfan

2 beauties of the SRT

She's a star like Hot Water's 3985, 844 and 4449

And I'd like to end my contribution with a shot of The "Black Express" which is a nickname for priority petroleum unit trains on SRT.

Sometimes, if delayed, these trains will run around passenger train.

Here are a few shots from the PA Trolley Museum in Washington, PA this past Sunday:

A streetcar named "Desire" Smile

A horse-drawn streetcar that was in operation in the Pittsburgh area into the 1920's Eek

A 1920 Baldwin/Westinghouse electric freight locomotive

A grab shot from a few years ago taken one evening between weekend trips with 614. I felt there might be a few angles of interest within the old NJT Hoboken Terminal complex, and this was one which caught my attention.

And then there's this night view of 614 which unfortunately now serves as a reminder & memory of those who lost their lives seven years ago today.

Wow! That shot of the 614 would make an awesome poster (perhaps with the word "Remember" in the upper right)!

I could do a two-sided version Andy. "Remember 9-11" on one side for this week, and on the flip side "Remember 614" for the rest of the year.

WOW. Two great shots classiclights! Top notch. Big Grin

I don't even think you need any writing on the 2nd one. It speaks for itself. Composition and the glowing flags are perfect. Very nice.
