Yes, there is an exit for MD route 28 on the east side of Route 15. Other than the beautiful train station there's not much to see in the town.

If you are headed in this direction on a Sunday afternoon, you might consider a trip to Union Bridge, MD and the Western Maryland Railway Historical Society. Or there is the Hagerstown museum on South Burhans Avenue.
