I remember after WWII, the roadside buildings built in the shape representing the buisness. For example down the road from me was a milkshake shop built in the shape of a cup and the name of the place was the CUP. It even had a straw like pipe protruding through the roof.

Grant Line carries a kit that fits this theme, and should look great on my railroad.



Do you have any whimsical buildings on your layout. Wink
