I have a MTH Altoona Brewery which I will pair-up with my Lionel Operating Barrel Unloader. Regarding the smoke unit in the brewery, I would like to selectively turn this on/off. It looks like there is no on/off switch supplied though. Can anyone recommend a suitable switch solution that will allow me to selectively turn the smoke unit on/off?
Thanks You,
Frank Kelly

According to the instructions the lights are wired separately from the smoke unit so you won't have to mess with any wires in the building.

You need to install an on/off switch in line with the power feed to the smoke unit. Any SPST (single pole, single throw) rated for 18 volts AC (or more) and 1 amp (or more) switch will work. Just about any normal switch will have ratings greater than this, it would only be a miniature switch that may not have enough capacity. Or you can use an accessory port on an AIU.
