As I embark on my quest for a scale open autorack, I have seen some unfinished project for this same quest. SO I thought to ask the question if you or you know of someonw who has coverted a semi scale Lionel open autorack to scale?
IF so do you mind sharing to the rest of us how you did it? Thanks in advance for your response.

Do you have any dimensions of the Lionel car? Is it long enough?
Ed Reutling made some scale open auto racks a while back, maybe you can find some of those?
You might also consider using an Atlas flatcar and building your own rack, that would probably give the best results for the least amount of work....dave
