Dear Folks,

If you haven't noticed, we have added a couple items to our roster of projects planned. Anyone who owns, wanted to own or will own an North Shore Line Electroliner, will have to consider this project. We are making these interurbans with working trolley poles, insulated so you can use catenary. Built as sets of 3 (2 Coach, 1 Diner), with 1 as being a powered unit in 3 Rail, and 2 Rail all units independently powered. We are using the same drive system as in our RDCs and Electroliner. Show your interest and reserve a set of each. The more reservations, the better price I can get from the factory, and that savings passes onto to you.

If they're half as nice as your Electroliners are, they are beautiful cars Scott but not a must have for an east coaster...

How about a PRR A5 0-4-0 (or G5 ten wheeler) as only 3rd rail can do it, with an accurate frame and gobs of details!

... and a rerun of the RDC1's but with the "higher headlight" versions.

When you say "Greenliner" do you mean something like this?:

If so, color me interested, especially if 709 is part of the same series.

Daer Scot,

I have a question on the so called "Greenliner" color scheme. THe preveous post shows the Greenliner scheme as most of poeple know it. There was a previous green and grey with thin red stripe scheme that was phased out before 1950. The reason I bring this up is one of your advertisements showed the older green and grey scheme.

It would not be very likely that anyone under 60 ever saw this scheme on the North Shore and you should not offer the cars in the older green and grey scheme. Please offer the cars in the later dark green and red scheme. Thank you.

Scott. While at Navy Boot Camp in 1962, I rode the North Shore to Milwaukee. I will order those cars.
