Well, the head end of the yards is almost complete. The main, passing and all five yard tracks are in, which is good as I ran out of parts. 500 ties and I don't even want to count how many spikes....

Ties on order from Kappler, joiners, spikes and Caboose Industries throws from Rails Unlimited. Started the wiring and drops so all tracks are powered. Also, for now. put in a DPDT so I can quickly switch from DCC to DC for testing or playing with other engines that don't have decoders yet.

They are Old Pullman. One of these days I'll try one from scratch but for now I just wanted to get running :-)
