How many S-GAUGERS would like to see or think that LIONEL will include the AMERICAN FLYER S-GAUGE in the VISION LINE. I for one would like to see LIONEL develope Engines and Cars in that Line.

It would be great but unfortunatly the engineering and tooling my not be cost effective for the limited market. But a good robust chuffing smoke unit seems feasable at least.

I'd like to see a Flyonel M-1 Mountain to go with my K-5 Pacific.

You say they're On The Water, I say they're Sur l'eau.

I could probably do without a cattle car with bovine sound effects, but a whistle that smokes (steams) when sounded, and steam cylinders that vent at the start until the engineer closes the stopcocks would be pretty cool. Truthfully, at this point, just getting the Big Boy with real Legacy features and the U33C in Legacy will make me feel pretty good about the attention Lionel is paying to S. The latest posting on Lionel.com shows the BB shipping in September 2009, and the u-boat in December. Time will tell.

It would have be a new S Scale Vision Line and there would need to be an S Gauge version of FasTrack and SuperStreets to totally sell people on the concept.

They could start the S Scale Vision Line with the General Electric Evolution Series and Trinity RailCar Covered Hoppers, Coil Cars, Double-Door Boxcars, and Refrigerator Cars.
