No.....on assembly, as stated " Mint in Box" Box has been opened to make sure all the parts are there. As stated above, Click here to see more about this kit.

Does that mean it is assembled?

It is a Kit....it needs to be assembled. Please go to the website I made available so that you can see what the end product will look like.
