Since they are rarely available my wife bought me for about $20 a plain wood stool at Target, printed a logo on my own printer, then used several coats of clear lacquer-type product to apply it to stool seat. Looks great!

I ordered mine over the phone with the NY store. It arrived this week. It only took about 10 minutes to assemble. It seems to be a nice quality stool and I am very happy with it.
