If U arent anti foam, start saving the foam inserts from allshipping packages.
Then buy a hot knife (wire style)and make your own from the free foam.
No sloppy plaster involved.
Paint on the foam must be thick enough to adhere to the slickfoam,
U may need to sand it for a bit of tooth.

Thr price is RIGHT! Worth a try.
Remember the hot foam fumes are toxic so good ventilation needed.
