If the picture can already be found on the web, which is true for something like 99.99% of MTH, 99% of Lionel made after 2001, and about 50% for Atlas, you can do this:

Browse to the location of the photo.

---- With FireFox, right mouse click on the photo, then select Copy Image Location.

---- With IExplorer, right mouse click on the photo, then go to the bottom and select Properties. In the dialog that shows up, look for the URL, and take your mouse, hold down the left mouse button at the start, and sweep across it, let go, then right mouse click, and select Copy.

---- There is probably a similar way on Apple or Linux.

The 'clipboard' now has the address.

Now go to the forum and start, or edit, the post. On the bar that will show up, click on the second icon from the right. Then mouse click in the text box, and press Ctrl-V on the keyboard, which is paste, and the internet address (URL) of the picture should show up. Then click on the OK button. With FireFox, you can also right mouse click in the text box and select Paste.

This should be an example of an address found with IE, but entered with FireFox, just to be tricky ....




If the picture is NOT already on the web, Look under the three rail trains section, there is a permanent post on getting pictures on the forum.
