I notice a lot of you have a thumbnail pic of yourself on your postings.
How is this added?

Kerrigan,
You go to your profile in the personal page. Follow the instructions to upload your "avatar," that is, your picture.

It should be no larger than 50 pixels square, I believe. I think you can reference a similar photo hosted somewhere on the web, but uploading to OGR was easy.

OGR rules of conduct specify that it should be a recognizable photo of yourself since the purpose is to help identify each other.
