I saw a steeplecab on Marcs website, http://stdgauge.blogspot.com/ a while back and decided to make one like it. It sits on a #10 frame. Made from 20 gauge mild steel. I've posted some pics in the photo section. I'll put some finished pics on when I get around to taking them and uploading them to my computer. (I'd put them here but I'm lucky that I figured out how to put them there.)

Kirk,
Yea, I'll bring it along to the Syracure event. Along with a couple other home brews that I've been working on. -Pat Rolland |

That's a terrific peice of work! How long did it take? Are you planning rolling stock or additional engines?

Thanks for the nice comments guys. Other projects include shorty freight cars from beat up 100 series cars and a couple powered work cars Which are flat cars with cabs. I want to put a crane on the back of one of them but I haven't found the right cabless rotating crane yet.

Great job, Pat! Looks a little like a Knapp or Voltamp. I'll bet it runs good with that Lionel sub-assembly.
